The AADM Distinguished Service Award

The American Academy of Disaster Medicine is seeking nominations for the 2015 AADM Distinguished Service Award, honoring individual leaders, organizations and communities in emergency preparedness and disaster health care response.  The academy is seeking nominees meeting any of the following criteria.

Criteria:

• Individuals that successfully served as leader of an emergency preparedness and disaster health care response organization.
• Organizations, governmental or non-governmental, that have demonstrated the ability to affect change in emergency preparedness and disaster health care response.
• Communities that educate and organize teams of leaders in community emergency preparedness and disaster health care response.

Winners will be announced at the Annual Meeting of the American Association of Physician Specialists in Clearwater, FL.
