AAPS Degree of Fellow Application Requirements
Complete the Degree of Fellow application (see below) and attach the following:
- Updated Curriculum Vita
- Recent passport size photo
- One letter of support from a Fellow of your specialty Academy of Medicine
- Completed application (applications that are not complete will be returned to applicant)
