CME Evaluation Information

The planning and execution of useful and educationally sound continuing medical education activities are guided in large part by input from participants. The completion of the evaluation form will assist us in evaluating the effectiveness of CME activities and making recommendations for future educational offerings. Your response will help ensure that future programs are informative and meet the educational needs of all participants.

Please Note: In order to receive credit, participants must complete and return the provided CME Credit Request and Education form by the deadline indicated. CME credits and long-term credit retention information will only be issued to attendees that REGISTERED for the CME activity. NO EXCEPTIONS!

CME Call for Presentation Submission

This Call for Presentations marks the initiation of the planning process for the upcoming American Association of Physician Specialists, Inc. (AAPS) Annual Scientific meeting. The Continuing Medical Education (CME) Committee selects all presentations given at the annual meeting based on the information and data included on the submission forms. The clarity of the information in the abstract is an essential part of the selection process. Potentially outstanding presentations are, at times, rejected because the information and data supplied were incomplete.

Please Note: CME Call for Presentations Submissions are specific to each year’s meeting. Submissions from previous years may not be used for any meeting other than the year designated.
